ok, not only did i visit target a zillion times this week...

i also got DAVID to visit! yay!!!

this is monumental in our house.

and that is my target tuesday :)

just some randomess i want to share with you

bc he is so ruff and tuff. ya right...

david got a new phone on sunday.

i don't think he has looked away from it since.

he actually texted me while i was sitting in the same room as him.

i wish i was kidding. i am not.

 bbq dinner the other night.

david has perfected the roasted potatoes on the grill.

they are amazing. i have craved them every night since.

i am happy to report all of my flowers are alive and well.

i thought by now they would be dead. but they are NOT!

this is a huge accomplishment in my book ;)

and i'm feel rather miscellaneous today :)

• it is my first day back to work in 11 days...nothing could prepare me for waking up this morning. i wish i was still doing this...

• big brother is on. even better...JEFF AND JORDAN are back!!! this makes me one happy girl!

• peyton is now sleeping in his "big boy bed"  and not with us. (well not with us ALL night)

• next week i have the week off  again because of the fair :)

• i had my bbq.  you can read why i had one in my honor here :)

 this really ticked/ticks me off. (i'm still not over this)

David is contractor. Therefore, he does a lot of construction/remodel work.
He recently helped out a good friend who needed an extra worker for his business...

he never got paid.
his friend said that the business was going south and that his house could be foreclosed on etc...
we understood (i say we like i was the one working...but it is OUR money)

his friend and wife are going to Vegas next week.

i'm pissed.
not because we didn't get paid.
because they couldn't afford to pay us, but can afford a last minute lavish trip to Vegas.

whatever.

am i overreacting here?

What I'm Loving Wednesday

i am loving that i haven't been to work this week :)

well i'm home. not on a real vacation per se...just a vacation from work.

or holiday as i have been referring to it. bc i love british words.

i am loving that the cookout in my honor is this saturday!!!

i am loving ice cream cake.

i am loving the sweetest, most adorable, most loving, canine in the world. peyton thomas.

yes my dog has a middle name. and yes it is david's middle name. and no i dont feel stupid for it. and yes david thinks it is a little over the top.

not guilty.

casey anthony was found not guilty on all major charges.
i am shocked.
unbelievable.
i have no clue why i was so interested in this case, but i am truly stunned at the verdict.
